Why choose Keep Mums Fit?
Keep Mums Fit was established in 2007 to provide safe Antenatal and Postnatal exercise support to the many women in Sheffield who wanted to remain fit and active throughout their pregnancies, regain fitness after childbirth, and beyond, but didn’t know where to turn or who to contact.
As a former Sheffield community and hospital midwife with 20 years of experience, I have put my expertise to practice and, together with my team of coaches and therapists, created a pathway of Personal Training programs, courses, and classes to support women through each phase, enabling them to achieve fitness freedom and feel their best.
Fitness, strength, and movement in this specialist field is about understanding the dynamics, physiological changes, and adaptations that take place at each stage of a mother's pregnancy, early post-birth rehabilitation, and beyond.
Not every trainer is experienced, but wherever you are on your journey, with Kate Campbell Fitness, you will feel listened to, nurtured, cared for and thoroughly looked after.

Exercising during pregnancy is an important part of staying healthy and strong for both you and your baby.
While it can be daunting to start, it is essential to maintain a routine of safe exercises throughout the pregnancy.
Here at 'Keep mums fit', we offer guidance and support so that you can feel confident exercising safely during your pregnancy.
Our team of experts provides personalised advice to ensure that you receive the best possible support tailored to your individual needs.
Personal training can be face-to-face or online. Choose to train once or multiple times per week, and we will create the perfect program for you.

The Antenatal Class led by physio Lauren will include traditional exercises adapted specifically for pregnancy and will include a chance to chat about pregnancy, labour, birth and post-birth prep.
Attend from 13 weeks after your first scan.
If you already attend a gym, you may wish to start after 20 weeks.
Regular attendance is recommended.

Fitness on demand is a Fit@Home subscription service designed to support you in maintaining your weekly workouts or in addition to your regular routine.
Follow along with our Pre and Postnatal team, Kate, Shannon, and Lauren, for workouts suitable for all trimesters. Modifications and alternatives are provided throughout.
