NOT JUST for new mums my passion is to educate ALL WOMEN through my teaching and coaching about the need for a varied exercise routine to prevent long term pelvic floor, joint and muscular issues.
As we transition into the Meno Years core strength training abs glutes and back become increasingly important so workouts to safeguard joints, our Pelvic floor and core are available - PURE CORE is my favourite! As well as Carlas running strength and conditioning workouts.
