At Kate Campbell Fitness, we offer a small, friendly, non-intimidating gym environment. Everyone says hello, everyone smiles, and everyone will make you feel welcome.
As a team, we take pride in providing exceptional personal and individual support to each and every one of our members. We know everyone by name, and that personal touch is part of what makes this such a great place to train.
Unlike larger gyms, our enthusiasm to support your health and fitness goals doesn’t end once you become a member. Instead, we keep your motivation high by offering additional discounted services to promote a personalised wellbeing experience.
From massage and sports therapy treatments to a cup of tea and a catch-up with Kate to reset your goals, your gym experience is tailored to your needs, no matter where you are on your journey.

Our Gym Membership
Our gym membership allows you the flexibility to use the gym and attend regular classes to support your personal fitness goals.
Booking is easy through the Kate Campbell fitness App, with a community section dedicated to helping you remain motivated.
As a member, we also offer a dedicated Free Members area with bonus resources available, so you won’t need to doomscroll through the noise of the internet! Accessible for members only.

So with this in mind, register for a Free Consultation with one of our team, and if you still feel you need extra guidance, then book for further Personal Training sessions.

We welcome a small number of young adults to our gym; 15–17-year-olds can attend unaccompanied with parental consent and a full gym induction.
We believe that early introduction to the gym environment establishes a positive, healthy confidence that sets the foundation for a love of all things fitness-related.
With our team's support, our teens thrive in a friendly, supportive environment.
£20 per month, there is no long-term contract; pay monthly and the membership can be cancelled with 30 days notice via email.
12-14-year-olds can attend for FREE when accompanied by a paying adult member. Register a child on the app.

Many of you have told us it’s hard to exercise with little ones in tow, so whether you're a new mum, dad, grandma or grandpa, you can exercise safely in our baby-friendly gym as we have created a special area for little ones to nap or play in while you exercise.
We also love our cuddles, so if we are not training other clients, w’ll happily provide you with the extra pair of hands you need!
