POSTNATAL FOUNDATION COURSE

Train SAFELY with KEEP MUMS FIT, expert trainers. The focus is on restoring a balanced body by incorporating adapted traditional exercises to enhance a steady progressive pathway back to full strength. Your Postnatal body deserves respect!

This is a 6-week course aimed at helping you regain strength post-birth. Held in the gym, we will concentrate on progressive exercises, core, and pelvic floor strength.
