Pure 1-1 Personal Training is the perfect solution for those of you who need to balance fitness goals with everyday commitments.

NOT everyone wants to attend the gym without guidance, and NOT everyone feels confident in a gym environment without initial support and a program to follow, so if this is you? This program package is perfect and is tailored specifically to get you started.

You will receive either 12, 16, or 20 appointment credits to use within three, four, or six months, and you can choose one or multiple sessions per week.

With the ability to repurchase, Pure Personal Training is an ideal option for those who have commitments outside of the gym but need weekly guidance, motivation, and accountability to stay on track.

During each session, you will work with your personal trainer, who will create a program tailored to meet your individual needs.

You will make steady progress toward achieving your fitness goals without feeling overwhelmed.

Baseline measurements are taken at the beginning, at the midpoint, and at the end.

By following SMART goals, our aim from the start is to provide you with the necessary practical information and guidance to enable you to create a strong body through exercise and nutritional support.

A question I often get asked is, Do I need to be a member to access PT? The answer is no; you may be a member of another gym, have outside hobbies such as tennis, netball, or running, but need the accountability of having a personal trainer to guide you on your strength journey.

I like to tell people we are like a stepping stone to confidence building - you can use us for a short period of time, for a specific goal, and then self-direct your training, coming back to us for catch-ups and new programs. 

I have found that, over the years, this builds trust and familiarity. Our door is always open to former members.
