Our signature personal training programmes are designed for real people with real life goals, offering affordable monthly payments and both short- and long-term options depending on those goals. 

This is our most popular monthly personal training membership, known as the All-Round Plan. It is affordable and enables you to enjoy access to the gym and classes, enhancing your experience and fast-tracking results.

This membership includes weekly personal training sessions, with the flexibility to reschedule if you're away. You'll receive a personalised exercise program tailored to your specific goals.

Many of our Pro members value the simplicity of not having to plan their workouts. They want to come to the gym, train effectively, and go home without the hassle of figuring out what to do. This approach allows them to focus on their training and achieve their goals efficiently.

With access to our members' area, you have all the resources at your fingertips - free recipes, high-protein ideas, and PDFs to help you cut through the noise and focus on real change.

    After Covid In April 2021 I decided that I needed to do something about my weight and general health. I looked around several gyms and came across Kate and Shannon. A small very friendly gym. Training here is geared up to accommodate everyone of all ages and needs I’m 74 years young! knowing that I have personal training every week keeps me motivated. Since joining I have lost 2 stone and my energy levels have returned.

Since then I have attended her postnatal course and undertaken personal training sessions with Kate and her team with some great results.
